This project involved the construction of a large single storey side extension along with a loft conversion in order to create a new first floor. The loft conversion included a dormer to the front of the house.

This large extension provided a new kitchen, family room and utility room on the ground floor plus a new master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and another new bedroom also with an ensuite bathroom on the first floor.
