This job involved the demolishing a single storey extension and rebuilding a two storey extension to cater for a new kitchen and utility room on the ground floor and a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. The whole of the existing house was replastered and redecorated as well as other improvements throughout the house. We installed a new bathroom on the ground floor. The extension was completed along with landscaping works. We built a conservatory at the rear of the house at a later date.
These works were carried out in 2003.
